AI Business Marketplace

We build the businesses. You buy the code and run them up*

Terms of sale

Plain English, because a page nobody can read protects nobody. If anything here is unclear, email hello@ceomarkets.org and ask before you buy.

What you are buying

A one-time digital download: a folder of files. A lead scraper, two agency website designs, the client website you sell (two designs in the plumber and med spa kits, one in the pet groomer kit), a call script, an objections sheet, a prompt pack, playbooks and a back office. It is delivered by email as a single zip, within one business day and usually the same day. Nothing is streamed, gated, or drip-fed — you get the whole folder at once.

Your licence

Non-exclusive licence: you are buying the machine, not a territory. Put your own name on it.

You get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use every file in the kit to operate your own agency, including commercially, under your own brand. Perpetual: it does not expire, nothing phones home, and there is no key to renew. Non-exclusive: the same kit is for sale to anyone else who wants it. Non-transferable: the licence is yours — your employees and contractors can use the files while working for you, but you cannot hand the folder to someone else so they can start their own agency.

Sold to many buyers. No territory, no exclusivity.

We would rather say this on the page than let you find it out later. Each kit is for sale to whoever wants it, not to one buyer per city. That is deliberate, and it is the honest explanation for the price: a one-of-one business costs thousands because it is sold once. This is a system built to be sold many times, so it costs what a system costs. We make no territory or exclusivity promise of any kind — we could not see it, let alone enforce it. Your edge is your name, your city and the calls you make.

You are expected to rebrand it

So rebrand it. Your agency name, your domain, your prices, your wording, your voice. The kits are built for that: one config file carries your details through every document, the storefront copy is yours to rewrite, and the demo businesses in the box are invented placeholders meant to be replaced. The files are the same for everyone who buys. The part that is yours is the part you write.

And the part nobody says out loud: if you don't rebrand, the storefront you put up is the storefront they put up. Someone in the next town over can buy this kit tomorrow, change nothing, and ship the identical site with a different phone number on it — same headline, same sections, same words. That is not a risk we can insure you against; it is arithmetic. Rebranding is not decoration, it is the whole of what makes the business yours.

What you may do

What you may not do

If you stop using it

Nothing happens to your client work. Anything you built and delivered stays your client's, permanently, whether or not you ever open the kit again — nothing in the files expires, checks in, or stops working. If you take a refund, the licence to the kit itself ends and we ask you to delete your copy; work you have already delivered to a client is untouched by that.

The same terms, in the kit's own words, ship inside every kit as LICENSE.md. If that file and this page ever disagree, tell us — one of them is wrong and we will fix it rather than argue about which one you were supposed to read.

What you are not buying

Revenue. A business that already earns. Leads that answer the phone. A job. Anything passive. Exclusivity, a territory, or a promise that nobody else gets the same files — see the licence above. You make the calls. The kit is a built system and a documented process for one specific kind of work — calling local businesses and selling them a website. If you will not pick up a phone, this is the wrong purchase.

We make no income claims

We do not state or imply that you will make money. Every dollar figure on this site is a market rate for the work described — what that kind of job commonly sells for — and it is tagged as such. It is not a projection, a target, an average, or a promise, and we have never sold one of these jobs ourselves. If you ever catch us breaking this rule, email us and we will fix the page.

What you need on top of the kit

Things in the kit we don't control

The scraper reads OpenStreetMap through free public servers. Coverage varies enormously by metro — some cities come back thin, and one city in our own testing came back with a single lead. The kits also point at free tiers of services we do not own (form handling, static hosting, booking pages). All of that can change, slow down, or go away without asking us. The field test on each listing says which parts we ran live and which parts we only walked through on paper.

Your side of the phone

Cold calling and cold messaging are regulated where you live. The kits ship a plain-English rules-of-the-road document and hard guardrails — respect do-not-call requests permanently, no bulk blasts, no fake reviews, be honest when someone asks whether AI is involved. Following the law is your responsibility, not ours, and nothing in the kit or on this site is legal advice.

Refunds

30 days, one email, no questions — the machine is guaranteed, the outcome never is. The full policy →

Changes

If we change this page, the version that applies to your purchase is the one that was up on the day you bought. We are not going to rewrite the deal behind you.

Where things stand right now: sales are not open, and the reason is ours before it is technical. All 3 kits on the shelf are held by our own pre-sale review, so nothing here would sell today even with payments switched on. Checkout is not wired either. Nothing has been sold to anyone under these terms yet.
