the product you sell — client site — a live render of the real file in the box, not a mockup. open it ↗

We are not selling this one yet, and the reason is us. It passed its field test — the machine runs, and the full report is on this page. It has not passed our own pre-sale review, which asks the harder question: does anything in this box put a claim nobody verified into your mouth, or onto a real client's website? Ours found some. Until that comes back clean, this kit does not go on sale at any price.

Inquiring puts you first in line, costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

in the box

8 parts, 96 files — yours to rename, reprice and rewrite.

Look inside the box ↗ — the real file tree, and the open files free to read in full before you pay us anything.

  1. 01

Your agency site — two designs

Your own storefront, in two looks. Fill one config file, run one command, drag it onto free hosting. Deployed, not a theme.

  2. 02

    AI operator layer

The whole system is built Claude-ready. Plug in your own Claude and it runs the machine. Setup is a terminal window, a few pasted commands and a free Python download — about 25 minutes, with a guide that shows you what each one prints when it works.

  3. 03

    Med spa lead scraper

Point it at your cities. It pulls the med spas and aesthetics clinics that free map data knows about — names, numbers, sites — into a call-ready list, filtered to the niche through three layers. Map coverage varies hard by metro, and most rows arrive without a phone number; the field test on this page has the real counts.

  4. 04

    The call script

Opener, discovery, price anchor, close — plus the top 8 objections answered. Written for the phone, not tested on a real prospect: nobody has sold with this kit yet, and that is in the field test. Your Claude preps each call from the lead's own details.

  5. 05

The client website + consult funnel — two designs

The thing you actually sell: a premium one-page spa site in two complete looks — treatment menu, provider section, reviews block, consult form and a booking block you wire to the client's own free Cal.com account. Design B is new and has not been rendered in a browser by us; the field test says so.

  6. 06

    The recurring add-ons

Review engine (with QR generator), client reactivation campaigns, and a care plan at market rates — each with its own sell-in one-pager and delivery SOP.

  7. 07

    The prompt pack

Six prompts to run the business with your AI: call prep, lead research, fulfillment, invoicing, weekly review, upsell.

  8. 08

    Back office + growth playbook

Client tracker, invoices, quote one-pager, onboarding emails, do-not-call ledger — plus week one, month one, and how to scale past us.

Built for: Someone comfortable with a more professional sales conversation and a longer close, in exchange for the biggest tickets on the shelf.

day one

  1. 01Connect your Claude with the included guide — a terminal window, a few pasted commands and a free Python download, about 25 minutes. The kit calls the Python step the single most common place people get stuck, so it walks it through screen by screen.
  2. 02Fill one config file — your name, agency, city, contact, prices. Everything else reads from it.
  3. 03Scrape neighbouring cities in one run and keep adding them until the file holds 50+ leads — med spas run thinner than plumbers, so the pot needs the extra ground.
  4. 04Your Claude ranks the list, researches the hot ones and writes a personalized opener — this niche expects polish.
  5. 05Dial Tue–Fri with the script. Lead offer: a premium site with a consult-booking funnel, live within the week.
  6. 06Close one → the fulfillment checklist walks your Claude through building, wiring and testing it, then the upsell prompt handles the care plan.

what it costs

$897 one-time, no subscription

Market rate for a site + consult funnel in this niche runs $1,000–$2,500, and the care plans behind it $199–$499/mo. Market rates, not promises — we have never sold one, and what you close is entirely on you.

the licence, and why it costs what it costs

We would rather say this on the page than let you find it out later. Each kit is for sale to whoever wants it, not to one buyer per city. That is deliberate, and it is the honest explanation for the price: a one-of-one business costs thousands because it is sold once. This is a system built to be sold many times, so it costs what a system costs. We make no territory or exclusivity promise of any kind — we could not see it, let alone enforce it. Your edge is your name, your city and the calls you make.

So rebrand it. Your agency name, your domain, your prices, your wording, your voice. The kits are built for that: one config file carries your details through every document, the storefront copy is yours to rewrite, and the demo businesses in the box are invented placeholders meant to be replaced. The files are the same for everyone who buys. The part that is yours is the part you write.

And the part nobody says out loud: if you don't rebrand, the storefront you put up is the storefront they put up. Someone in the next town over can buy this kit tomorrow, change nothing, and ship the identical site with a different phone number on it — same headline, same sections, same words. That is not a risk we can insure you against; it is arithmetic. Rebranding is not decoration, it is the whole of what makes the business yours.

the long version

What it is, in fullread it →close ↑

Med spas charge $200–$800 a visit and still take bookings in an Instagram inbox. This kit sells them a premium site with a real consult-booking funnel — market rate $1,000–$2,500, live within the week — then the recurring pieces behind it: a Google review engine, client reactivation campaigns, and a care plan. Harder doors than plumbing, bigger tickets behind them.

Built for: Someone comfortable with a more professional sales conversation and a longer close, in exchange for the biggest tickets on the shelf.

field test

Field-tested 2026-08-02, re-audited 2026-08-03: a fresh Claude ran day one from the kit files alone across Tempe and Mesa, AZ — the first lead list it produced was a quarter junk, and the later audit caught this kit breaking house rules the other two already enforced.

The full report — everything that broke, in our own wordsread it →close ↑

A fresh Claude with no prior context ran this kit end to end on Tempe + Mesa, Arizona — cities the builders had never used.

First run: 46 rows, and 12 of them weren't med spas. Three Baskin-Robbins locations matched on the word “skin”. Two auto detailers. A landscaper. An accountant. Four dental practices. A 26% junk rate in a call list a beginner is told to dial.

We added a third filter layer. Clean re-run, live: 33 unique clinics, 31 with no website in the map data, 0 off-niche — and a real lead the first patch would have cost us was back in the file.

We also caught ourselves overclaiming. “No website” actually meant “no website in the map data”. One of the clinics we spot-checked scored top of the list and has a live site OpenStreetMap simply doesn't know about — so a beginner would have opened call #1 with a false statement. Every file now says “I couldn't find a website for you”, never “you have no website”.

The gap we did not close: 2 of the 33 leads shipped with a phone number. A later re-run on Scottsdale did no better — 47 leads, 4 dialable. The rest need a Google Maps lookup each, and the kit budgets a real 20–40 minutes for the first 25 before the first call block. It is manual work sitting between “scrape” and “dial”. Overpass, the free map server, also needed its documented retry on two of three runs.

This kit broke our own house rules in five places, and it is the most expensive one on the shelf. A parity audit on 2026-08-03 found five shipping sentences the other two kits already forbid: “this is why nobody cancels” twice, “the monthly report is why nobody cancels”, “the richest pool because nobody has ever nudged them” — a stated fact about a client's own customers — and a line multiplying eight care plans into “$1,600–$4,000/mo of recurring revenue”. We have never signed a client, so we have no retention evidence and no revenue evidence, and none of those five had any. All removed.

And the worst one was in the field-test report itself. An earlier version of this file said both test artifacts “were deleted after the test; the kit ships clean.” They were still in the kit — real Scottsdale businesses sitting in the buyer's day-one folder, in the one document whose entire job is to be the place we do not spin. The artifacts are actually gone now and the sentence is actually true. A false sentence there is the same class of defect as an income claim, so it is recorded here instead of quietly corrected.

The tester was an AI, not a customer. Nobody — not us, not a buyer — has sold a website with this kit yet. That is the part most sellers leave out, so we put it at the bottom of our best page.
